Hamilton Solutions is a very successful work from home career agency with guaranteed job placement after certification. We hold contracts with many Fortune 500 clients, gaining a client contract with one of our clients will be contingent upon successful completion of a 30 day virtual certification program.
100% attendance is necessary, vocational tuition cost are as follows:
Client Certification: $19.99-$200
Most certification courses offer deferred payment options. Fees are NOT paid to Hamilton Solutions, training is conducted by a trusted third party vendor Arise Virtual Solutions. Classes fill up fast so complete the admissions process today to get started.
Background check
Hamilton Solutions requires a criminal background check for all client support professionals. Contracting with us is contingent upon satisfactory completion of the background investigation cost of the background check is as low as $12.95 and includes:
Multi-State Criminal, Sex Offender Search, SSN Trace, Past Address History Verification Report. A County background check report for each of the addresses associated with the Potential CSP over the last 7 years. This address history is included in the SSN trace +Past Address history report.

Contractor Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Secondary education and/or some college is preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Able to perform basic math skills
- Minimum two years of direct customer service experience
- Able to hear, read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language
- Additional fluency (ability to speak, read and write) in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, Hebrew, Portuguese, Turkish, Hindi, Arabic, Vietnamese or Russian is preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to comprehend and retain information pertinent to the position
- Able to pass a rigorous training program
Contract Conditions
- Client Support Professionals will contract with the client of there choice.
- Client Support Professionals are Not employees of Hamilton Solutions, but Independent Contractors, who select their own clients and select their own work hours
- Client Support Professionals are paid on a per call, per talk minute or per hourly basis depending on the client
- Client Support Professionals will be paid bonuses for 100% schedule adherence
- Client Support Professional will be paid for all referrals
- Average contract holder $32,000 per year/ Top performers $50,000
- Up to $500 Bonus after successful completion of training program
- Unlimited Overtime
